TEXAS EDUCATION CODE 35.017
Texas Education Code §37.015 states that law enforcement shall be notified by District personnel if certain offenses occur at the District or at a District event.
StayALERT includes references to this code in each StayALERT report to made to Districts. It is the responsibility of the District to evaluate each incident reported by StayALERT and decide when an incident meets the requirements of TEC §37.015.
